Next Step: Repeat current level until you feel comfortable moving on. The next step is Pre-Advanced Aerial Hoop.

CONDITIONING
These classes break down the fundamental movement patterns used in advanced level aerial hoop moves. Participants can expect to learn a variety of dynamic movements, splits, inverted poses, and become comfortable working with the spanset. A primary goal in these classes is to focus on conditioning and strength building, as well as how to train and progress through higher level aerial moves safely. It is highly recommended to wear full length form fitting pants, a slim fit shirt and to pack knee and elbow protection (legwarmers & long sleeve shirt) for all classes.
Next Step: Repeat levels until you feel comfortable moving on. The next step is Advanced Aerial Hoop.
