What is Barre? A combination of Ballet, Cardio, Core, Pilates, Pulsing, Squats & so much more all in one Fitness Program! Drop In or sign up for all 6 Weeks. You'll want Barre Socks (they have grip on the bottom), any exercise wear you're comfortable moving in & a water bottle! We'll meet you at the Bar(re)!
Our Instructors are certified by Barre Above or Barre Intensity, are experienced through several forms of fitness & want to sweat it out with you!

*Cancellation Policy: with 24 hours notice we are able to reschedule a make up class of your choosing (space permitting), we cannot offer refunds for non-attendance.
