Hello, I’m Aubrey!

I got into pole about two years ago after joining some friends, which led me to picking up fundamentals, which led me to falling deeply in love with the sport!

Through pole, I realized my strength, built up my confidence, and developed a love for my body and what I’m capable of.

It’s been an incredible outlet for self-expression, especially through performing! I’m so overjoyed to be instructing pole with the SPDS team, alongside such a supportive community who’ve always made me feel at home!
