AGE REQUIREMENT

We are an 18 + facility.

GENERAL STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • Please be courteous - share equipment, respect one and another

  • Keep outdoor footwear in the lobby

  • Keep food outside of the studio spaces

  • Our classes are cell phone free spaces (unless otherwise instructed by your instructor)

  • Please arrive on time for classes, our doors may be locked until 5 minutes before your class so we can ensure proper disinfection between classes, doors will also be locked 15 minutes after the start of class times.

  • LATE POLICY: We understand life happens and on occasion, participants are late! Please try to inform us if you are going to be abnormally late for class. We lock our doors 15 minutes after class starts, we have this in place for safety reasons. Warming up is an essential part of class. It prepares the body for various training techniques. Not participating in the full warm up can increase the risk of injury substantially. If you are late and miss the warm up, there is an increased liability to yourself and the instructor as we can not be sure you warmed up effectively on your own. Please be respectful to your instructor and fellow participants, arrive 5 minutes early to class or on time!

TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER STUDIO LOCATION?

If you have taken pole, dance, aerial cube or hoop classes at a facility other than ours, please contact us and we will help guide you into a class that would be a good fit for you at our studio space. 

REFUND & MAKEUP POLICY

As we keep class sizes small to ensure participants have a great experience, we cannot offer refunds for non-attendance. Fees are non-refundable.

There are no discounts, refunds or make up classes for any of the following reasons but not limited to:

-illness or injury

-voluntary absence (ex. vacation)

-power outage, unsafe weather conditions or poor air quality,

We do not offer transfers for non-attendance. With 24 hours notice prior to the class you are missing, we are able to reschedule a make up class of your choosing (space and schedule permitting). Your makeup class must be rescheduled within a week or the class is counted as expired. Once you are scheduled into your makeup class, any additional cancellations or changes will not be permitted.

Our 6 Week Program cancelation require 2 weeks notice prior to the session start date as your enrollment is taken into consideration if our classes run or not. We prefer to make schedule changes within the same term.

If you purchased a bundle of drop in classes, they expire 6 months after purchase date.

Private lessons are non-refundable. Once we have confirmed a private lesson date with you and your instructor, we require at least a week’s notice to reschedule, Any cancel within a week of the private is considered a late cancel and is a forfeit of the private. Rescheduling is at your instructors discretion. 3 pack of private lessons have an expiry date of 3 months. 3 packs MUST be completed with the same instructor.

Once payment has been accepted, we do not offer transfers or refunds for enrollment fees.  Please consider carefully before booking.  

Drop In classes need a minimum of 4 participants to run, we have the right to cancel 12 hours prior class time. You are able to reschedule a class under the circumstances of a cancelation, a credit is returned to your account. if you need assistance booking your credit please contact us. We appreciate class credits being used within the same term.
