Pole Conditioning
Our pole conditioning class is a strength training class designed to condition the major muscle groups with pole including abdominals, shoulders, grip strength, and more. There will be a variety of options for all levels from the beginner participants in our advanced aerialists. You will want to bring a water bottle, clothes you are comfortable exercising in, and be ready to work!
Aerial Conditioning
Are you looking for a class to supplement your current aerial classes? Stuck on a strength based move or wanting to progress through levels quicker? Needing some guidance on aerial specific training and conditioning on and off of your apparatus? This is the class for you! Participants will use aerial apparatuses as well as bands and light weights to focus on aerial specific conditioning to increase strength, endurance and active flexibility.
Pole Technique & Training
Pole Technique & Training is the perfect enrollment or drop in class after completing any Fundamentals class. Be prepared to work on your challenges and skills to perfect your pole repertoire! Have you taken a break from Pole? This class can introduce you back to training. Have you been in the same fundamental class for a few sessions & hoping to progress? This class will have you working & improving your nemesis moves!

Aerial Technique & Training is the perfect enrollment or drop in class after completing any Cube or Hoop Fundamentals class. Be prepared to work on your challenges and skills to perfect your Aerial repertoire! Have you taken a break from Aerials? This class can introduce you back to training. Have you been in the same fundamental class for a few sessions & hoping to progress? This class will have you working & improving your nemesis moves!
