Barre
What is Barre? A combination of ballet, cardio, core, Pilates, pulsing, squats and so much more all in one fitness program! Drop in or sign up for all 6 weeks. We suggest Barre socks (they have grip on the bottom), any exercise clothing you're comfortable moving in and a water bottle. We'll meet you at the Bar(re)!
Our Instructors are certified by Barre Above or Barre Intensity, are experienced through several forms of fitness and want to sweat it out with you!
Acro Yoga
AcroYoga is a physical practice combining yoga, acrobatics, and sometimes Thai massage, typically performed in pairs or groups to build trust, strength, and flexibility. It involves a "base" (supporting person), "flyer" (elevated person), and "spotter" (safety monitor), focusing on shared balance and communication.
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact, functional fitness system developed in the early 20th century to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. It focuses on strengthening the "powerhouse" (core) through precise, controlled movements and breathing techniques, offering benefits like improved alignment, injury rehabilitation, and reduced stress.
Bootcamp

For this 60 minute fitness class, participants should wear clothing they're comfortable working out in, runners, and a water bottle. Register for the full 6 weeks or drop in. Get ready to sweat!
